Silver Coast Services is a totally independant property management company that looks after villas and apartments in the Sao Martinho do Porto area of Portugals Silver Coast.

We are on hand to deal with the initial set up of your property, supplying and installing furniture packs, right through to maintaining and performing security checks at your home.

We offer a full range of services including keyholding, welcome packs, meeting and greeting your guests, changeover day housekeeping and laundry, checking off inventory lists and advising you of any damaged items. We know that each individual will have different requirements for their holiday home and would be delighted to put together a package designed to meet your needs. Our services are not dependent on us having control over the Letting of your home - we are happy for clients to advertise and deal with their own holiday bookings. We are, however, on hand to offer any assistance if required.
